Formed in 2006 from industry leaders, our sector offering is targeted to respond to customers’ needs for a better, more collaborative way to build business-critical facilities than is available elsewhere in the market.

By developing new ways of working we have made sure that every phase is delivered on time and in the safest environment. Our construction teams have even been awarded 5 stars in the BSC 5-star audit and a Sword of Honour on multiple occasions and in consecutive years, an achievement unmatched in European construction.
Projects
Strong ongoing partnerships have meant that over 80% of projects in the last 4 years have been awarded through negotiation.

Mace is the only contractor offering a design / construct service in the hyper-scale data centre market in EMEA and we have done so successfully for the last 4 years, negotiating all but our first project.
People
We have completed over 8.4 million man-hours across 3 campuses without a reportable accident.
Our data centre team was founded in 2006 from industry leaders and their legacy and tradition for sector-specific expertise continues to this day. We now have over 300 full time dedicated data centre construction professionals working on our projects around Europe and the ability to provide proven sector specific expertise throughout the project life cycle.
Mace is focussed on developing deeper, long term relationships with all of our people and clients based on proven delivery and mutual respect, honesty and trust.
Construction
Using the latest innovations we've re-engineered key packages and increased off-site prefabrication by over 60% through our DfSMA (Design for Safety, Manufacturing and Assembly)
